It is helpful for many reasons. It is unique. It has survived for almost a millenia almost intact (scholars believe that about 7 feet is missing from the end). It gives us historians insight to daily life of Anglo Saxon England on the eve of conquest (this is depicted in the bottom margin throughout the tapestry). It also shows military structure and battle tactics of the late 11th century.

It is a basic machine with few zig-zag and scallop options. I want details on how to use the same to make embroidery.

There are some good books to start with… two that come to mind are Robbie and Tony Fanning’s The Complete Book of Machine Embroidery and Mary Parker’s Sashiko. Both, I believe, are out of print.
There’s also the astounding book, Singer Instructions for Art Embroidery that’s been published in several editions — the samples are all done on a treadle straight stitcher — some real eye candy there.
You might also want to consider bobbin work with your machine — if it’s one with a removable bobbin case, consider getting a second bobbin case for bobbin work, but if it’s a drop in bobbin machine, you can usually just bypass the bobbin tension.

You can try a light bleach and cold water soak but if you hane already done the work on your canvas i take them to the dry cleaners for my girlfriend all the time.

I have to write an essay on which source out of William of Marlmesbury, Guy of Amiens and the Bayeux Tapestry. I have some info but i need extra! I also need a good opening and possibly a conclusion too

When i ws way young i saw this animated unicorn movie, and i only remember some parts!!!
Ok it started with the mother of the unicorn leaving him/her With little boy, the baby unicorn had big ears, but its mother had flames for a mane i d think.
There were also these two guys that later took the unicorn away from the boy- also there was a scene with them on big piles of grass then they started to sing.
The boy got locked up then the king (i think he was a king) released him making a deal that he had to get Phoenix feathers and go meet this lady.
So he went to the phoenixes and he either captured them of got their feathers. And then he went to see the lady. She was on a ship sailing in the ocean- she was also drawn in kinda a russian way.
Anyways he is reunited with the baby unicorn….
PLEASE THIS HAS BEEN KILLING ME I REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHAT MOVIE THIS IS!!!!

a few kids that had a normal life until they find a portal that sent them to another side where a wizard gives them clues about the portal back home, in they new world one became a invisble girl that when she covers up with her coat she disapears, a wizard that his magics doesnt work rigth, a unicorn, a strong man, a black lady. They have a big enemy that everytime they find the portal back home the enemy stops. Please i would love to know the name..

Kind of sounds like the cartoon netwark show Samuri Jack. IDK if I’m right.

In a pleasant, sunny meadow a gangly, adolescent stood. Beside him was a sturdy, overwhelmingly purple, unicorn. John held the horse’s tough horn in one hand, admiring the perfect spirals. The other hand carefully plucked stray white hairs that had a habit of getting stuck in the horses eyelashes and muzzle. Finished, he pet the beast’s velvet nose and it smiled.
"Did you have the dream again last night?" asked the unicorn. Her voice was gentle, almost musical.
John hesitated, then said, "Well, it was different this time. A lot longer, and less dreamlike. I’d have a hard time telling why it wasn’t a dream, other than being awake now. I was in the same little room though, with the bed and the little window on the door."
"Did you see the lady again, with the eyes?"
"Yeah, a black lady with blue eyes! Isn’t that something? She’s real friendly though, I wish I could say something to her but I can never come up with the words. She’s just a dream person though, so I guess it doesn’t really matter."
"Is that her standing behind you right now?"
John looked over his shoulder and with a fright saw the very same lady. He pulled back into the corner of the room, onto the bed. He cowered behind his hospital gown and stared at his chewed, bleeding fingernails. The meadow was gone, the clinical blue walls of the room were painfully closed in. The unicorn had been reduced to a mere whisper in his ears, reassuring him with nothing more than ‘it’s ok John’ repeatedly.
"No one is here but me John. There’s nothing to be afraid of." The nurse’s voice was deep and calm; her cobalt eyes twinkled in the cheap fluorescent light. "Who were you talking to?"
"The unicorn," John replied, his voice shaky.
"There is no unicorn John. That was just a hallucination."
"How do I know you’re real?"
